You may terminate the Contract (cancell your order) any time during the Cooling Off Period by notifying us in writing or by contacting our support desk. Any termination during the Cooling Off period does not attract a penalty and we shall refund all monies deducted from your account during the Cooling Off Period.

Cooling Off Period: The seven (7) working days period from the commencement of the Contract within which you are entitled to cancel the Contract. We’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked. You may also terminate the agreement at any time during the guarantee period, and get a pro-rata discount.
